As soon as you step inside, the fact that the owners and hosts of the house have gone to great lengths to present a wonderful home-from- home for you will be apparent. Everything inside is new and modern, from the flooring to the ceiling and everything in between. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is a prime example of the high-quality renovation work that’s happened here. The space is smart and bright with a sofa facing the wall-mounted flat-screen TV which has Netflix access, just like all the other TVs in the property, so you can carry on following that series that had you hooked back at home. Just behind the sofa, there’s a breakfast bar area, which offers up a great place to sit and grab a snack or a coffee before you head on out. It leads onto the galley style kitchen which features spacious countertops and cabinet space and plays host to an array of modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer combination. There’s also a toilet downstairs too, which is handy. Another of the home’s handy features is the outside space in the form of a neat garden with a patio area featuring seating, plus a grassed and graveled area. Escape out here to read a book or just relax in this suntrap if you can find the time. The apartment also has a large kitchen that’s equipped with all the appliances you’re likely to need to cook and clean for yourself, including essentials like a cooker, washing/dryer and toaster.
